Tuesday March 18th One year anniversary post rainrock

Again another blog for my peeps who are struggling with eating disorders! One year anniversary of me “getting out” of my six week stay at Rainrock-(the link to their treatment center is on my webpage) One awesome place with very few gals…there were only eight of us…and the women and staff that worked there were also wonderful. Many had also gone thru their own hell with ED, but were now therapists. So one year post Rainrock…though I did come to Denver and enter into another six week progam at the Eating Disorder center of Denver…not remotely similar to Rainrock, but I did get to “practice” some more with beginning recovery. Please contact me for more information or anything that I could possibly help with…time just goes past so quickly-21 years into this whole journey of hell and coming out the other side. Will write a book at some point..if anyone wants to add a chapter into it of their own story…please let me know.
